Last Night On Talkshoe! The Review!

I was planning on writing a review of Princess Grace's Provocatalk Show on Talkshoe. Well, my plans got changed. Despite all my hyping of the show in this blog yesterday, there ended up being NO Princess Grace's Provocatalk Show last night. Because of that, this will be a short post.

The short explanation is that the Talkshoe software would not let Princess Grace into Her own program! I don't know exactly what She was experiencing, but I know She tried for about a half hour, even trying different browsers, but She remained locked out, before eventually giving up and aborting the show. After the abort, we all went to the Community Kink Chatroom and finished out the hour by text chatting.

As I wrote in yesterday's post, there were some indications that there were problems with Talkshoe during the day, but silly me expected that maybe they might have them resolved by showtime. That obviously didn't happen.

I think the people who are developing the Talkshoe software must have rushed it out and are skipping any official beta testing, and just letting the users find the bugs in the released version as they go along. This piece of shit software is a DOG, folks. Not only does the chatroom format suck, every stinkin' week there have been major problems with freeze ups in the room, people being booted if they don't type anything for more than just a few minutes, and now, worst of all, the Hostess of the show is not even able to access Her own damn show! Note to the developers of this travesty: Have you people ever even written software applications before? I'm just curious. You morons should be ashamed! I was joking yesterday about a 5th grade computer science class writing this crap, but now I'm not so sure it wasn't the 3rd grade class.

If the bigwigs in charge ever want to sell this software commercially, they'd better think about making some major changes, because this ain't working! IDIOTS!

If it doesn't get any fucking better soon, if a vote is taken, my vote would be for Princess to either go back to Her original Tease Time chatroom format, or maybe do a combination Chatroom/Cockradio show. I was really hoping that this was gonna work out so we could all hear Her and possibly do some calling in to the show. Matter of fact, I had finally got off the fence and decided that I was gonna call in last night. Talk about disappointed!

I felt so bad for Princess Grace last night. She was doing everything that She could to get the show going, but it ended up being a huge waste of time on Her part. Thanks for hanging in there as long as You did, Princess. We all really appreciated Your efforts.

Sorry for the vent, Princess, this is no reflection on You. If anything, it will save You from having to vent about it.

Well It's That Time Again!

Yes, time to give you a little reminder and also to bore you with a few other things.

OK, the reminder is first! For anyone who is not partially or fully comatose, you probably already know that today is Thursday, and all of you Stroke Princess fans know what that means. In case you don't, it means that Ms Grace, Cockteasing Bitch and Mindfucktress Extraordinaire, will be on Talkshoe tonight doing Her weekly Provocatalk Show. Showtime is 10PM Eastern. Tonight is Episode III, and your guess is as good as mine as to what Princess Grace is gonna talk about tonight. But no matter, just show up and it'll be good. Princess never disappoints.

I heard from a certain blue CareBear today that the little Talkshoe widget thingies on our blogs seem to be broken at the moment, and so you may not be able to use those to get to Talkshoe. And don't complain to me about it, if it's broken, it's either something on Talkshoe's end, or BillyBear was lying his bright red ass off to me. Not my fault, OK???

So just go to http://www.talkshoe.com/ and sign on. If you haven't registered yet, do that first. It's free and it's easy to do. Once you get in, you can do a search using Princess Grace, and it should point you to a button for Her show. Open the chatroom and open the streaming audio, and you should be in business. If the software crashes, don't blame me, I didn't write it. I explained this already in an earlier post, so that's all you're getting. I'm at work so I can't be hanging around here for too much longer.

As for me, I'll just give you a little update about what's been happening in my little world.

Today marks Day 26 of my most recent lockdown in the CB 2000. I've been trying not to let thoughts of the cage consume me, and I've been pretty successful in that this time around. Part of the reason is that I've been keeping busy, and part is that I was able to get the best combination of spacers this time, and the cage has never fit better. I know this is hard to believe, but I'd actually lost count of the number of days it's been, and had to look back in my blog to my last call with Princess to find out. But I don't mean to say that I don't know constantly that I have the cage on, just that I'm not letting it consume all my thoughts like it did the last go around, and I haven't even come close to having any tender parts try to pull through the rings. I still know it's there every time I move, but it's just not as uncomfortable as it was every other time that I've worn it. It still pinches me, and it's a huge pain to keep clean, but it's worth all of the inconvenience because it always reminds me of the reason it's there, which is Princess. I'm still no less needy and wanty than last time, and I want out of it in the worst fucking way. I hate this fucking cage, but I love wearing it for Princess. I don't expect anybody to understand that, but it's true.

I got the ballet boots that I showed you the picture of in a previous post, but haven't had a whole lot of chances to wear them to get used to them.... if that's even possible. The first time I wore them, I couldn't stand up unless I kept my legs bent a little at the knee. If I tried to straighten my legs it hurt really bad. I asked my GG friend about that, and she says it's normal, and that it takes a while for the muscles and tendons to stretch. She says I could sleep in them and it would prolly help a little. Perfect!

Oh, the Points of Intrigue also arrived, but I haven't installed them yet, partly because Princess will tell me when it's time, and partly because with the cage fitting as well as it it with no pulling out, I'd hate to mess things up by putting those in right now. I'll wait and see what Princess decides on that.

Let's see.. what else? Oh... I've posted the first of Corruptrix' diary entries here, and I have no idea when the next entry will be. She got herself all worked up and depressed while she wrote the last one, and disappeared for a few days after she wrote it. I have no idea where she went, but I kept an eye on the newspapers and watched CNN a lot to see if any disasters were happening anywhere. She's back in town now, and I'm not even gonna ask.... I do know that she has been having some trouble with that Angry Goth Fucking Princess girl and WolverBilly, and that she even had a little run in with Lucky. Nobody has gotten hurt yet, so I guess that's a good thing. I think she just has a bad day every so often.

Well, I think that's enough for today, and I think I'll get back to work so I can get home in time to do some more practicing on my Breadstick Dance. I have a feeling I'm gonna be having to do an especially good version of it for the Stroke Princess this time.

Provocatalk On Talkshoe, Episode 2

After a one week hiatus from Tease Time, the Stroke Princess returned to Talkshoe last night for Episode 2 of Her wildly popular program. Only thing is, it doesn't seem to be called Tease Time any more. Now it's Provocatalk. Welcome back Princess! Thanks for the heads-up on that name change!

I've gotta say, for it only being Her second show ever, and having to deal with distracting software difficulties most of the night, Ms Grace did another wonderful job, and She sounds as good or better than She ever has!

I have a couple of little vents to make first, however...

Whoever came up with the idea for how the chat window in Talkshoe Pro would be formatted has either never been in a chatroom in his life, or else just has his head stuck in his ass all the way up to his shoulders. It's a freakin' unbelievable pain in the ass to try and keep track of the conversation in this format, especially if there are more than about ten chatters in the room at the same time and trying to talk. I hope you're listening... What the fuck were you thinking, YOU STUPID MORON???

Uhh... sorry...

Add to this piece of shit formatting the fact that the software seemed to be freezing up on Princess and others most of the night, and you can see why I'm praising Princess so much for the way She handled Herself. (Go ahead and laugh at the unintentional pun if you want... I did...)

Even BillyBear, who constantly brags about his dumb old MAC, was getting frustrated beyond belief. I was in an IM with him at one point during the show, and BillyBear commented that the Talkshoe Pro software was the only software to ever freeze up his MAC. I would normally have busted a gut laughing at him for that, but I felt kinda sorry for the chubby little blue critter, and so I kept my mouth shut.

I'm just hoping there's gonna be some bug fixing done on the Pro software before too very long.

We also had a couple of new chatters in the room who clearly must not have been able to hear what Ms Grace was talking about, because they insisted in trying to ram through their own agendas, which had nothing whatsoever to do with the topic Princess was talking about. Please people, when you come into the chatroom, listen first and pick up on the topic before you go spouting off about your upcoming makeovers or whether or not Princess wants to fuck you in the ass through your pantyhose. And if you do decide to bring up a change of subject, if your suggestion gets ignored, don't try to keep pushing it through over and over. There's prolly a very good reason why it got ignored in the first place! Geeesh!

Now that the venting is out of the way, I'll tell you a few more things, and then show you how you can go and listen to the replay for yourself.

Princess had a very special guest call in to the show, the lovely and talented Domina Amanda. It was a pleasure listening to these two awesome Mistresses going back and forth, sharing experiences and techniques, and the conversation was downright erotic and uhhh.. stimulating the whole time. Not good for the caged amongst us, but I mean that in a very good way. There was even some talk of Princess Grace and Domina Amanda doing some more two-Mistress calls together, and I think poor Pantysue may be one of their next vict..... errr.... callers. Good luck with that, Pantysue! It was nice knowin' ya, sis!

We also had a first-time caller named Lestat call in, and I think he had no idea what kind of a program he was calling in to. He seemed at first to be a little confused, but maybe that's common for vampires, since most of them prolly don't have much room for computers in their coffins, and so maybe don't know a whole lot about PSOs and sexually oriented chatrooms. But Lestat picked it up quickly, and he seemed to be having a great time. I must say though, that even though he's a big famous vampire and all, I think he more than met his match in Princess Grace and Domina Amanda.
